摘要:
本文以冷鲜草鱼制品中典型的腐败菌为作用对象,探究ε-聚赖氨酸盐酸盐对冷鲜草鱼制品中微生物的细胞膜的作用机理。实验结果表明,ε-聚赖氨酸盐酸盐对假单胞菌、热杀索丝菌、腐败希瓦氏菌及乳酸菌的细胞膜通透性有显著影响,造成了细胞内Ca2+、K+、Mg2+的泄漏。

Community public space is an important place for daily communication between residents. In the context of the current historical change of "urban double repairs", community renewal has raised new heights, and public space renewal has shifted from the surface of the physical space transformation layer to the protection, inheritance and environmental quality of the community. This article summarizes the concept and principles of micro-renewal, analyzes the related influencing factors of the reconstruction of the old community public space, further proposes the strategy of reconstructing the old community public space and enumerate several typical public space renewal schemes in old communities under the micro-renewal concept. © The Authors, published by EDP Sciences, 2021.

By combining Kirchhoff approximation (KA) with the method of moment (MOM), a hybrid method is proposed to solve the scattering problem of a dielectric target above a dielectric rough surface. The field on the rough surface can be represented by the tapered incident wave and the scattering field of the target as the secondary incident wave using Kirchhoff approximation. Then, the electric field integral equations of the induced current and magnetic current on the target are derived to solve the problem. The field of the rough surface can be directly obtained by the tapered incident wave and the current and magnetic current on the target surface. Therefore, compared with the traditional method of moments, the hybrid algorithm only needs to solve the electric field integral equation of the target. The simulation of bistatic scattering from a cylindrical target on a Gaussian rough surface is carried out, and the effectiveness and effectiveness of the method are verified.

摘要:
In order to reduce the prediction error of the heavy metal content of farmland soil by General Regression Neural Network (GRNN), an Intelligent Compound Prediction Model (ICPM) was proposed. As the result of Genetic Algorithm optimization is good or bad, it mainly depends on whether it can guarantee the diversity of the population in the optimization process. Based on this, an Improved Genetic Algorithm (IGA) is proposed. IGA introduces the probability adjustment of the sine function transformation and the better gene replacement criterion into the Genetic Algorithm (GA). In the process of IGA’s optimization, the crossover probability and mutation probability continue to increase, ensuring the continuity of the diversity of the population. ICPM is a combined forecasting model of GRNN and IGA. It optimizes the smoothing factor of GRNN through IGA. The process of repeated optimization of IGA is also the process of repeated learning of existing knowledge by GRNN. ICPM not only ensures the continuous optimization of the population, but also the diversity of the population. Combined with the simulation prediction of the content of heavy metals Cr, Cu and Pb in farmland soil in Dongxihu District of Wuhan City, it proved that ICPM has better prediction performance and better generalization performance than GRNN and other models. © 2021, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

摘要:
The progression of the global COVID-19 epidemic situation is the main focus of attention of all countries in the world. Due to characteristics, such as multi-origins, huge amount, and inaccessibility, of the existing data, an all-round analyzation of the epidemic situation, which is in dire need, is impeded. The aim of the following study is to provide a multi-dimensional analysis of COVID-19 through visualization and dynamic simulation of data. In order to achieve this goal, the study collected related data though multiple platforms and used tools such as Echarts and Java Swing to visualize the data, and then dynamically simulated the transmission model. Moreover, the data of Wuhan has been applied to the SEIR model to study the effect of quarantine on the transmission of COVID-19. Ultimately, the study hopes to demonstrate an effective method of data analyzation that can be applied to prevent and contain similar outbreak in the future. © 2021, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

The blockchain technology is widely considered as 'a symbol of the Fourth Industrial Revolution'. As a 'machine of trust', blockchain can contribute to safer food supply chains, the key of which is the trust between food producers and consumers. The paper presents case studies to examine the effectiveness and advantages of applying blockchain technology in food safety governance, as well as its influences on all related participants in the supply chain. There are many raw materials for the production of rice wine, rice flour and glutinous rice products, It is one of the problems to be solved at present to select the appropriate proportion of raw materials for the production of these three products. In order to solve this problem, this paper finds out the specialized raw material index standard of the above three products through data analysis method and multi-objective optimization under the condition of meeting the various characteristic demands of the three products, so as to guide the production of enterprises. Based on the index data of three raw materials and products obtained from experimental tests, firstly, the data was standardized, and the noise of sample data was eliminated through residual analysis. Secondly, the optimal prediction equation was found by comparing various prediction methods, so as to make the formulation of raw materials more effective. Finally, a multi-objective optimization model is established. According to the contribution rate of the raw material index of the three products, the information entropy method is used to calculate the weight of the raw material index corresponding to the three products, so that the final solution of the specific raw material index range is more accurate, effective and reasonable. © 2021, Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

摘要:
A group of crosslinked poly(N-isopropylacrylamide-co-acrylic acid) (P(NIPAM-co-AAc)) microgels with different amount of acrylic acid (AAc) were synthesized by surfactant-free emulsion polymerization. The morphology and environmental sensitivity were studied by atomic force microscope (AFM). It was founded that the microgel particles were monodispersed and the diameter of the dried microgel latex particles was about 800nm. Moreover, the volume of the microgel particles decreased as the environmental temperature increased from 15C to 50C, which revealed the temperature-sensitivity of P(NIPAM-co-AAc)) microgel. © The Authors, published by EDP Sciences, 2021.

Pocket parks are small public spaces between building entities which are available to the public. It can be located in a city, suburb, or country. It has a small area and is relatively flexible. According to the characteristics of China's cities, this article puts forward methods and measures for the landscape reconstruction design of existing urban communities in China. The thesis takes a Residential area of a certain district in Wuhan as a design case. It discusses how to combine the landscape design of the existing community with the rainwater problem, the goals, principles and measures of the landscape reconstruction design of the existing community based on the sponge city concept are proposed. Using rainwater as a resource to collect, purify, store, and recycle, alleviate water shortages and urban flood disasters, and it summarizes the methods and strategies for landscape reconstruction design of existing communities. Finally, according to the problems in the residential area and the actual needs of residents, combined with the current conditions of the site, following the design principles of people-oriented and local conditions, the use of sponge city technology measures on the green landscape, roads and parking lots, rooftop landscape of underground garages, plants Matching and other specific reconstruction designs provide theoretical and design references for the application of the "sponge city" concept in the design of urban residential quarters. © The Authors, published by EDP Sciences, 2020.

In this article, a new type of lower limb rehabilitation training robot is designed and related rehabilitation training programs are proposed. The robot system uses a bionic lower limb movement mechanism to drive the hip and ankle joints of the human body, and is combined with a treadmill-type vertical vibration training device to simulate human walking for lower limb rehabilitation training. The overall structure is modeled in three dimensions. In addition, the simplified link mechanism model is used to analyze the robot's motion process by analytical methods, and the motion equations and motion parameters of each component are derived. Meanwhile, simulation software was used to simulate the motion speed of the thigh link and the calf link in the bionic lower limb motion mechanism, and the motion angle range of the hip and knee joints was also simulated. According to the simulation results, the rehabilitation training program is verified and revised to further optimize the design. It lays a theoretical foundation for the movement of the lower limb rehabilitation training robot in the future, and has certain research significance. © 2020 ACM.

In view of the defect that the rice bran collected by the traditional rice milling machine will be mixed with broken rice, the top-suction rice mill with annular duct was designed to separate and collect the rice bran and broken rice in the annular duct. The DEM-CFD coupling simulation method and the sliding mesh method were used to simulate the movement of the motion of particles in the new rice mill. The results show that the fluid velocity in the annular duct is between the suspension velocity of rice bran and broken rice when the wind speed of the top suction outlet and the fan is 6 m/s and 10 m/s respectively. The rice bran floated up (the rising velocity is 1 ∼ 3 m/s) along the wall of the annular duct and was discharged from the top suction outlet under the updraft in the duct. Additionally, the partition can effectively prevent the rice bran from falling. The broken rice fell and was discharged from the bottom air inlet with the velocity of 1 m/s. The separation efficiency was 99.6%, which showed that the separation effect was excellent. © 2020 ACM.

Although Chinese instant tea powder production ranks first in the world, instant dark tea powder was rare in the market. Zhaoliqiao, Changshengchuan and Yangloudong Qingzhuan tea were used to optimize the technology process of high fragrance cold solubility instant powder while absorbance value was taken as detection index by single factor experiments combined with orthogonal experiments, which could provide a beneficial reference for deep utilization of Hubei Qingzhuan tea. The data showed the particle size of tea, tea-water ratio and extracting temperature significantly affected the extraction efficiency while extraction time did little. The extraction efficiency was the highest when using 120-mesh dark tea, extracting with 1:40 tea-water ratio, and extracting temperature of 100. © The Authors, published by EDP Sciences, 2020.

However, security conditions are often fragile and general security properties may be not available to enforce the composition. Thus, this paper gives the computation model of interface automata (IA) and studies how the compositional interfaces behave to capture the information leakage with security process algebra (SPA) language. And we find that persistent bisimulation-based non deducibility property is preserved under composition, while it is not fully applicable to IA model. So several sufficient conditions for the property is developed to apply for composition of interface automata. Those conditions are given as theorems and proved efficiently to analyze security. Finally, we cite a classical instance to handle the composition and use an automatic verification software to test the correctness of our algorithms on compositional conditions. © Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd 2020.

G'inkgolides are key pharmaceutical components in Ginkgo biloba.According to the cDNA sequence of MECPs and MECT gene to design primer, and we obtained the two genes promoter from Ginkgo genomic DNA using genome walking method.In this study, the promoters of MECPs and MECT, with 744 bp and 982 bp in length.The ciselements of GbMECPs and GbMECT promoters were predicted and analyzed by the plant cis-acting regulatory element (CARE) database.We found some major cis-element in the sequence of GbMECT and GbMECPs promoters.The GbMECPs promoter has six TATA box, eight CAAT box;and the GbMECT has five TATA box, seven CAAT boxes.Furthermore, some cis-elements in the promoters of GbMECPs and GbMECT promoter,including hormone, light-regulated elements, UB-B induced-elements and stress-related dehydration-responsive.The qRT-PCR showed that the MECPs gene are mainly involved in responses to CCC and UV-B, and MECTs are mainly responses to wounding treatment,these results also showed the expression model were in line with the cis-element.During the annual growth cycle, the GbMECPs were significantly correlated with sesterpene accumulation in leaves.A fitted quadratic curve showed the best model for relating GbMECPs with sesterpene in leaves.These results will help us to understand the transcriptional regulatory mechanisms involved in key gene expression and ginkgolide accumulation in G.biloba.
