Due to the inherent and unavoidable defects of the steel structure of the bridge, CTOD (crack tip opening displacement) tests were carried out on E43 steel specimen under a condition of fatigue. The results provide an experimental base and computing foundations for the bridge steel-using. In this paper, CTOD fatigue pre-cracking tests for E43 steel was studied.

Traffic network transportation optimization problem (TNTOP) has important applications in logistics distribution fields. In various disciplines, methods about the solutions-termed TNTOP can have shown promising performance from different types of detection, at different conditions. Due to the limitatioins of the calculation speed of traditonal algorithms, it is rare that a simple unmodified method provides complete techniques of tackling large-scale TNTOP. We use the term P systems to solve the above limitatioins. Specifically, it is a tissue-like P system with four cells based on particle swarm algorithm, referred to as MPSO. In this system, the modified prim algorithm and the position-updated mechanism are adopted to generate and update all particle individuals, velocity-updated mechanism and an exchange-tree strategy are adopted to balance exploration and exploitation processes. Besides, some special strategies are also added to this systems. Numerous experiments are presented to verify the performance of the MPSO. The results show that it can generate the individuals of higher quality in shorter computation time when comparing to other benchmark algorithms. These empirical results validate the effectiveness and competitiveness of our proposed algorithm in solving TNTOP in terms of both quality and speed.

This paper establishes a Bayesian network model to investigate the influence of land use characteristics on the travel mode choice behaviors of residents. Travel data and Land use data for this study are collected in Nanjing central city, China. The Greedy Thick Thinning algorithm combined with Receiver Operating Characteristic(ROC) curves are employed for Bayesian network structure learning while the Bayesian estimation method was proposed for parameters learning, and K-fold cross-validation method is implemented to test the model from the data. According to inferences and the evidence of sensitivity analysis with the developed Bayesian network, the effects of each variable on the travel mode choice are tested and analyzed. The results indicate that the impact of land use characteristics on residents’ travel behavior is more significant than the socio-economic attributes, and certain land use policies help to limit the development of cars and encourage more resident transfer to environmentally friendly commuting mode.

Old community renewal is an urban renewal activity carried out on the scale of people. The needs of people are the driving force and direction of the renewal of old communities. People's feelings are the standard for measuring the quality of old communities. Public participation has always been an important part of the development of urban planning in the world. Based on the significance and necessity of public participation, this paper constructs a public participation model and formulates a public participation guarantee system to enable the public to participate deeply in the renewal of old communities. Through in-depth participation to provide residents with a voice channel to meet the residents' desire to participate in community management, we can create an inclusive and shared community environment, and promote grassroots social governance.

As solar light was mainly absorbed by absorb layer in thin film solar cells, the quality of absorb layer has a great effect on the performance of solar cells. Based on the diffusion drift model of carrier in copper indium gallium selenide (CIGS) solar cells, and then the key parameters are analyzed. Combining with the experimental results of others, this paper discusses the absorption layer's thickness influence on the open circuit voltage, short circuit current, filling factor and conversion efficiency of the copper indium gallium selenium based solar cells. The results show that the absorption layer's thickness always affects the performance parameters of the battery. Open circuit voltage increased with increasing thickness and reached saturation above 2 mu m. Short circuit current increased first and then decreased, then reaches its maximum value at about 2 mu m thickness. Conversion efficiency is similar to the short circuit current properties. While the fill factor decreased with the increase of thickness above 1.2 mu m. This can provide theoretical support for the design of better device structures.

The tyrosine kinase receptor EphB4 is frequently overexpressed in ovarian and other solid tumors and is involved in interactions between tumor cells and the tumor microenvironment, contributing to metastasis. Trans-interaction between EphB4 and its membrane-bound ligand ephrin B2 (EFNB2) mediates bi-directional signaling: forward EFNB2-to-EphB4 signaling suppresses tumor cell proliferation, while reverse EphB4-to-EFNB2 signaling stimulates the invasive and angiogenic properties of endothelial cells. Currently, no small molecule–based, dual-function, EphB4-binding peptides are available. Here, we report our discovery of a bi-directional ephrin agonist peptide, BIDEN-AP which, when selectively internalized via receptor-mediated endocytosis, suppressed invasion and epithelial-mesenchymal transition of ovarian cancer cells. BIDEN-AP also inhibited endothelial migration and tube formation. In vivo, BIDEN-AP and its nanoconjugate CCPM-BIDEN-AP significantly reduced growth of orthotopic ovarian tumors, with CCPM-BIDEN-AP displaying greater antitumor potency than BIDEN-AP. Both BIDEN-AP and CCPM-BIDEN-AP compromised angiogenesis by downregulating epithelial-mesenchymal transition and angiogenic pathways. Thus, we report a novel EphB4-based therapeutic approach against ovarian cancer.

According to the "Top Ten Security Vulnerabilities List" (OWASPTop 10) released by OWASP in 2017, SQL injection attacks are still at the top of the list, and there are many ways of SQL injection attacks, which cause great harm. Although there are many vulnerability scanning tools, there is still a high rate of false negatives. Aiming at the current problems of SQL injection vulnerability detection, this paper proposes a scanning tool for SQL injection vulnerabilities. First, use the crawler framework scrapy to obtain the URL associated with the form and the a tag, and segment the URL based on the improved simhash algorithm. Deduplicate the link, then analyze the injection point to modify the URL parameter value injection test, and determine whether there is a vulnerability based on the response result of the server. The experimental results show that the detection method achieves a 96.50% URL deduplication rate in the crawler module, which greatly reduces the rate of false negatives. It is more suitable for detecting whether a website has a SQL injection vulnerability.
