The computation of slope stability is always a very important work for researchers and engineers in this field. The one key issue to solve this problem is the searching of critical slip surface. Generally, the searching of critical slip surface is a very typical complicated continuous optimization problem. To solve this problem very well, firstly, combing the artificial immune system algorithm and evolutionary algorithm with continuous ant colony algorithm, one new bionics algorithm for continuous function optimization which is called immunized continuous ant colony algorithm is proposed, secondly, combing immunized continuous ant colony algorithm with limit equilibrium analysis, one new global optimization algorithm for critical slip surface searching is proposed. At last, through a typical numerical example-Association for Computer Aided Design Society-Australia (ACADS) example and one engineering example-one highway slope, this new method is verified. The results show that, using the new algorithm, the searched slip surface will be coincided with the measured slip surface very well, and the stability safety factor will also be agree with the actual situation.

Nano-silica particles were deposited on acid-etched hydrophilic aluminum (Al) substrates by immersion in well-dispersed nano-silica aqueous suspension and tetramethylamonium hydroxide, followed by a heat treatment. The surface was then further treated by a reaction with fluorosilane. The hydrophobicity, surface morphology, and mechanical properties of the coated Al substrates were investigated, along with their electrochemical properties over time of exposure to two NaCl solutions (0.3% and 3% by weight). All the coated Al surfaces exhibited a water contact angle of 155–158°, i.e., superhydrophobicity. The use of nano-silica suspension significantly enhanced the hydrophobicity of the coated Al. Artificial neural networks were used to provide quantitative understanding in how the microstructure of the treated Al surface contributed to its superhydrophobicity and electrochemical properties. When Ra, total (nano-roughness + micro-roughness) exceeds 450 nm, WCA is greater than 154°, independent of the nano/micro-roughness ratio (RRNM). FESEM and AFM images of these surfaces suggest that a rough two-length-scale hierarchical structure coupled with the low surface energy of fluorosilane topcoat led to the superhydrophobicity of the formed coatings. The coating prepared with the 0.2% nano-silica suspension (vs. other concentrations) featured the highest Young's modulus and the best corrosion protection to the Al substrate in both NaCl solutions.

This article discusses the significance of urban color landscape and content, analyzes the present situation of Wuhan city color, combined with the overall urban planning and architectural design requirements, generalizes the regional, coordination, continuity, humanization design principles of urban color planning, aiming at characteristics of Wuhan city, division of the different functional areas, put forward the corresponding regional characteristics and color design requirements, in order to improve the Wuhan city landscape image quality.

Many kinds of building information include spatial location factor, these spatial data can be obtained by geographical information system technology, managed and analyzed conveniently. In this paper, a design framework of information management system for building information based on WebGIS is presented, which is used for management of buildings which are completed and put into use, and the system structure, function and design method of database are expounded in detail.
