摘要：
This paper takes the degree of debt concentration and product market competitive advantage as intermediary variables to explore the internal mechanism of the impact of CSR fulfilment on firm debt risk. It is found that the fulfilment of CSR can reduce the debt risk of firms by dispersing the degree of debt concentration and enhancing the competitive advantage of product market. The mediating effect of the degree of debt concentration has a direct impact on the competitive advantage of a product market and is particularly obvious in private firms and firms in the eastern region of China. © 2022 Chen Hong et al., published by Sciendo 2022.

摘要：
While previous literature studies the market demand affected by quality or marketing effort in a supply chain, this paper explores the pricing and collection strategies of different closed-loop supply chain models in regard to a quality and marketing effort-dependent demand in a fuzzy environment. Specifically, a manufacturer produces new and remanufactured products with three collection scenarios, namely, a manufacturer undertaking collection operations, a retailer undertaking collection operations, and a third party undertaking collection operations. Considering the uncertainty of many parameters in a supply chain, we apply triangular fuzzy variables to describe some parameters, such as, the changeable collection cost of used products, the manufacturing/remanufacturing cost of products, and the market demand (e.g., the market base, the elastic coefficient). By adopting a game theoretical approach, we conduct three collection modes in a deterministic environment as benchmark models and three fuzzy mathematical models, then obtain the equilibrium results and the optimal expected profit of each supply chain member. Furthermore, we conduct numerical experiments to compare the optimal outcomes of three collection modes considering a fuzzy environment and a deterministic environment, then analyze the impacts of fuzziness of parameters on the expected profits. Among three collection modes in a fuzzy environment, we observe when the manufacturer is responsible for the collection business, the whole supply chain system has the highest efficiency, and the expected profit of each chain member is the highest. Simultaneously, with the same collection mode, the performance of supply chain considering the fuzzy environment is better than that in the deterministic environment. The expected profits of the manufacturer and the retailer descend with the increase of the quality effort cost coefficient. Similarly, when the cost coefficient of the marketing effort increases, the expected profits of the manufacturer and the retailer have downward trends. When the fuzziness of the marketing/quality effort coefficient changes, the retailer's expected profit is more affected than that of the manufacturer. © 2022 Elsevier Ltd

摘要：
Improving the reliability of electricity supply is closely related to the national industrial economy and people's livelihood. When procuring electricity, the large consumer faces the risk of insufficient electricity supply. Such insufficiency may be caused by the supply disruption of the upstream electricity generator and the fluctuation of electricity prices in the electricity pool. We establish an expected cost model for the large consumer and a revenue model for the electricity generator by introducing robustness and opportunity functions to analyse the impact of supply disruption and price fluctuation on both members. Then, we obtain the optimal reliability level and subsidy rate. Our analytical results reveal the following points: (1) During an electricity price fluctuation, the sufficient and necessary condition for the large consumer to expect high robustness of his own decision-making is to pay a high cost. (2) The high uncertainty of electricity price leads to less revenue for the electricity generator; thus, the electricity generator should perform well in price forecasting. (3) Without disruption risk, the electricity generator is reliable. Furthermore, the electricity pool is unreliable from the perspective of price. However, the electricity supply of the electricity generator is no longer reliable when considering disruption risk, whereas the electricity pool is reliable because the large consumer is tolerant of price fluctuation under this circumstance. The hotel industry is one of typical industry in service trades. Whether internal employees or external customers, "people" is its main elements. With the improvement of human understanding of nature, the concept of sustainable development has added a new meaning to a number of management theories. The author analyzed specifically the conflict and the connection between "Land Ethics"(a management ethics) and "People-Oriented"(a management philosophy), proposed the new understanding of "People Oriented", and pointed out the need to improve the understanding of human from the "social people " to "natural people " until "ecological people", hope to further improve the "people-oriented" management philosophy.

摘要：
A theoretical investigation on the two pulses copropagation and the red-shifted radiation generation in a photonic crystal fiber with two zero-dispersion wavelengths are presented. It is found the intensity of the red-shifted radiation components can be enhanced when the fiber is pumped with two pulses and the pulse trapping occurs. As the input peak power of the pump pulse is increased under the phenomenon of pulse trapping, the intensity of the red-shift radiation can be further enhanced. The above effects can be explained by the energy transfer from the Raman soliton to the red-shifted radiation components due to the effect of pulse trapping and the effect of higher-order dispersion. ©2011 Elsevier Ltd. This paper explores the plights of performance evaluation of civil servants in China and brings forward the basic measures of making performance evaluation of civil servants to be veritable in China. It finds, there are many problems in value or contents or subjectivity or index or reconsideration procedure or incentive function and so on in the practice of performance evaluation of civil servants. These make it difficult to achieve scientific, rational and standardized assessment, and get a conclusion being consistent with the facts. Thus, the performance evaluation of civil servants has fallen to a false assessment. And the construction of the scientific, rational and standardized performance valuation system should at least fully reflect some basic requirements as follows: First, remodeling the value of assessment and reconstructing the legal environment. Second, improving the content of assessment and rebuilding the subject of assessment. 摘要：
A theoretical investigation on the parabolic pulse nonlinear propagation and spectral compression in all-normal dispersion photonic crystal fibers (PCFs) is presented. It is found that use of larger chirp can obtain higher quality transform-limited spectrally compressed parabolic pulses due to almost purely the effects of self-phase modulation (SPM) - because of its all-normal dispersion with smaller group velocity dispersion (GVD). Also, use of long initial negatively chirped parabolic pulses can lead to the most efficient transform-limited spectral compression under the optimal compression condition.

摘要：
A theoretical investigation on the nonlinear pulse propagation and the influences of the dispersion effect on the dispersive wave generation in photonic crystal fibers is presented. By simulating the dispersive wave generation under different dispersion property conditions, it is found the origin of the dispersive wave generation is mainly due to the effect of higher-order dispersion and the pulse trapping. In addition, we also found that the intensity of the dispersive wave can be further enhanced by properly modifying the even-order dispersion coefficients to make the pulse trapping developing sufficiently.
