摘要:
The objective of the study was to understand the community residents' needs for community nursing service and the characteristics of different groups of community residents' need for community nursing care, and to provide the theory basis for the community nursing care management. We prepared paper questionnaire on 616 community residents in Wuhan, from which we found that their satisfactory needs differ a lot, especially in terms of their degree of education. Results suggested that community nursing services should be carried out according to the characteristics of community residents' needs.

And the implementation process of the main technical and design principles is generated in the paper. The platform has some function of management and teaching in the education based on multi-layer structure.

摘要:
Calculation of ultrasonic field based on medical transducers is often done by applying acoustics and using the Tupholestetpanishen method of calculation. The calculation is based on spatial impulse response;the spatial impulse response has only been determined analytical for a few geometries and using apodization over the transducer surface generally make its impossible to find the response analytically. A popular approach to find the general field is thus to split the aperture into small rectangles, and then sum the weighted response from each of these. The problem with triangular is their poor fit apertures which do not have straight edges, such as circular and oval shapes. In order to solve the problem, a novel algorithm based on triangular be proposed in the paper, the simulation of ultrasonic field based on the algorithm can be improved obviously. ©2015 COPYRIGHT SPIE.

摘要:
Lung respiratory movement can cause errors in the operation of image navigation surgery and they are the main errors in the navigation system. To solve this problem, the image-based motion correction strategy should be proposed to quickly correct the respiratory motion in the image sequence. So, the commercial ultrasound machine can display contrast and tissue images simultaneously. In the paper, a convenient, simple and easy-to-use breathing model whose precision was close to the sub-voxel was proposed. The first, in the clinical case the low gray-level variation in the tissue images, motion parameters were first calculated according to the actual lung movement information of each point the tissue images are registered by using template matching with sum of absolute differences metric. Finally, the similar images are selected by a double-selection method which requires global and local threshold setting. The generic breathing model was constructed based on all the sample data. The results of experiments show the algorithm can reduce the original errors caused by breath movement heavily.<br/> ©2015 COPYRIGHT SPIE.

The paper using particle enhancement immunity turbidity to determinate the acute coronary syndrome (ACS), stable angina (SA) patients and healthy person plasma c-reactive protein (CRP), serum amyloid A (SAA) concentration, enzyme-linked immunosorbent absorption spectrometry plasma interleukin 6 (IL - 6),tumor necrosis factor (TNF- α) concentration, analyzes the cytokines with coronary heart disease (CHD) related risk factors. The results showed that the SAA, CRP, IL - 6, TNF alpha concentrations of ACS and SA patients were higherthan those in control group (P <0.01), The SAA, CRP and IL - 6 levels of ACS patients were higher than SA person;CHD patients with SAA CRP is highly relevant, SAA, CRP and TNF alpha and IL - 6 are low correlative. Cholesterol, smoking index, SAA, TNF- α,CRP, history of hypertension and CHD family history for CHD independent risk factors, the above factors leading to the relative risks is SAA>Cholesterol >smoking index>TNF- α>CRP>history of hypertension. Clew the rise of SAA, CRP, IL - 6, TNF- αon CHD patients can make the athermanous plaque is not stable, cause the ACS occur,SAA, CRP, TNF alpha and IL - 6 jointly participate. The paper can play an important role to estimate occurrence and development of CHD risk. ©2011 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
