目的:探讨运动结合中药复方对去势大鼠骨生物力学改善的作用。方法:取180日龄SPF级SD雌性大鼠100只,随机分为空白组、模型组、运动组、中药复方组、运动结合中药复方组,每组20只,造模术后常规饲养14天。之后除空白组外,各组分别灌胃治疗,模型组每天给予0.9%氯化钠注射液2ml灌胃;运动组每天给予0.9%氯化钠注射液2ml灌胃,并在高速平板跑台跑步20min,速度为5m/min;中药复方组每天给予中药复方溶液2ml灌胃;运动结合中药复方组每天给予中药复方溶液2ml灌胃,并在高速平板跑台跑步20min,速度为5m/min。干预治疗后12周后将大鼠戊巴比妥腹腔注射麻醉,处死,收集双侧股骨,剔净附着于股骨上的肌肉及结缔组织...

Objective: To explore the rats bone biomechanics improvement action after exercise combined with traditional Chinese medicine compound of castration.
