In this paper, the influence of different strains and mediums on the yield of submerged-fermentation mycelium of Grifola frondosa was studied. Five strains of Grifola frondosa, including Gr1, Gr2, Gr3, Gr4 and Gr5, were submerged-fermentation cultured and the growing situation of mycelium was measured and analyzed.
