The present study explore the impacts of dietary lipid levels on fiber quality, lipidomic profiles, antioxidant and inflammation responses in muscle of yellow catfish. For this purpose, yellow catfish were fed with low-fat (LF), medium-fat (MF) and high-fat (HF) three different lipid levels diets for 8 weeks, and at the end of the feeding trial, muscle tissues were taken for analysis.
