In order to evaluate and improve the deformation behavior of cement-emulsified asphalt binder (CA) in cement-emulsified asphalt mixture, this study investigated the reinforcement of small additions of fibers (2%, 4%, and 6% addition by mass of cement) on the deformation resistance of CA. A repeated creep recovery test was implemented that measures the recovery rate of creep deformation and accumulated strain.
