For the problem that the rice bran and broken rice in the horizontal rice mill cannot be separated and collected,a topsuction rice mill with an annular duct was designed.The CFD-DEM coupling method was used to study the flow field and particle motion in the annular duct,the test prototype was established equi-proportionally,and the particle motion in the prototype was observed by PIVlab and compared with simulation results.The results show that when the wind speed of the top suction fan is 6 m/s,the wind speed in the annular duct is evenly distributed,and the average flow velocity is within th...
