To improve the using life of screw, the paper focused on the research about microhardness and wear resistance of surface detonation spraying coat. The detonation spraying surface was important to extend the wear resistance of screw of low temperature screw press machine. The paper analyzed the phase composition and microstructure data of surface detonation spraying coat and tested the microhardness of coat and combination intensity between coat and substrate, and did contrasting wear resistance experiment between detonation spraying coat and traditional coat.
