目的 以天地盖纸盒成型前纸片状物料的供送方式为研究对象,对其在纸盒成型过程中的取料供送进行方案设计,并确定方案中相关的技术参数.方法 设定4种地盖取料供送的可取方案,基于层次分析法(AHP)对影响设计结果的4种决策因素进行权重比较,得出各因素所占权重比;再利用多属性决策法(VIKOR)对4种方案进行分析,从而排定方案的优先顺序,选出最优解.利用SolidWorks进行三维建模,并建立实物模型,对其进行实验验证.结果 根据可接受门槛条件,确定负压吸附旋转式取料为最优取料方式,根据相关技术参数建立的实物模型,经验证与理论要求(120张/min)的最大误差＜0.5％,满足使用要求.结论 利用AHP/VIKOR方法为地...
