粮食安全问题在发展的任何阶段都不应该被忽视。当前，保障粮食的数量和质量的安全，不断提高我国民众的营养水平，依然是不容忽视的问题。我国粮食产量保持连增，但是我国民众开始从对粮食的生理需求转为对粮食质量和营养的需求，如何在当前供给侧改革背景下认识和提高粮食营养安全，是一个值得我们深思的问题。本研究从当前粮食安全呈现出的新特点和新问题出发，分析了当前导致我国粮食营养水平低下的原因，提出了如何化解当前存在的问题的相关解决措施，以求最终达到保障粮食营养安全的新目标。
