通过分析目前电子商务发展的历史和现状，深度剖析城郊地区电商创业所面临的问题及未来走势，根据地区特色，将研究对象定位于武汉市东西湖区并应用文献分析、问卷调查和SWOT分析等方法，对武汉市东西湖区电商发展现状进行研究，探讨城郊电商发展面临的挑战、机遇及主要问题，了解到目前其电商发展存在着电商意识薄弱，专业人才缺乏，品牌知名度不够等相关问题。基于此，从电商意识及专业人才培养、产销体系构建、标准化与品牌化建设、政策效应发挥等方面为武汉市东西湖区电商高质量发展提出了可行性建议。
