近年来中国粮食安全面临国际国内新形势。国际粮价上涨、能源价格上涨、自然环境因素、地缘政治和贸易的不稳定性、优质耕地的减少等新形势都对中国粮食安全产生着影响。虽然中国粮食生产连丰多年，但是必须清醒地认识到，中国粮食安全仍面临诸多风险挑战。文章从国际因素、粮食生产主体、自然资源、粮食损耗、种子资源等方面来分析中国粮食安全面临的风险挑战，并提出了相应的对策建议。
