Research on Influencing Factors of Green Building Promotion

绿色建筑在发展过程中受到多种因素的阻碍,通过文献调研对绿色建筑推广影响因素进行识别,确立了影响绿色建筑推广的19个因素,通过DEMATEL方法对影响因素之间的影响关系进行分析,结果表明,影响绿色建筑推广的根本因素为法律法规的完善性、从业人员的知识储备程度和补贴力度,最重要的因素是补贴力度,为解决绿色建筑推广问题提供了方向。
