钢筋防腐是当前世界各国比较关注的问题。每年因钢筋锈蚀都会造成大量的经济损失，钢筋混凝土装配式构件在未交付使用前其外露钢筋会受工业大气、雨水等侵蚀，从而影响构件外观，钢筋锈蚀严重的还会存在安全隐患。水性防腐涂料是防腐涂料当今乃至以后重要的发展方向之一。本文主要对装配式外露钢筋水性丙烯酸体系防腐涂料的开发、性能测试以及应用前景进行了阐述，最后分析了其存在的不足以及日后改进的方向。
