目的 建立高效液相色谱法，分离和测定虎杖中的白藜芦醇及其苷的顺、反异构体的含量。方法 采用Nucleodur 100-5 C18柱（250mm×4．6mm ID，5μm）；流动相为异丙醇和水二元梯度洗脱系统；流速0．6mL·min^-1；荧光检测器激发波长为334nm，发射波长为404nm。结果在选定色谱条件下白藜芦醇及其苷的顺、反异构体线性关系良好。样品加样平均回收率：反式白藜芦醇及其苷分别为96．7％和99．1％；顺式白藜芦醇及其苷分别为91．1％和93．7％。相对标准偏差：反式白藜芦醇及其苷分别为1．34％和0．72％；顺式白藜芦醇及其苷分别为1．27％和2．08％。结论 本方法精密度好、结果可靠，适合虎杖中白藜芦醇...

AIM: To establish an optimal HPLC method for the determination of the (E)- and (Z)-diastereomers of resveratrol and resveratrol glucoside from the roots of Polygonum cuspidatum. METHODS: The determination was conducted by using reversed-phase high liquid chromatography. Nucleodur 100-5 C18 column (250 mm x 4.6 mm ID, 5 microm), and a mobile phase program of gradient elution with isopropyl alcohol and water at a flow rate of 0.6 mL x min(-1) was employed.
