用外源激素乙烯和ABA(脱落酸)喷施小麦麦穗后,将小麦胚乳包埋、切片,测量不同时期的胚乳细胞面积.结果表明乙烯和ABA均能提高小麦胚乳的单个细胞大小,从而影响小麦的粒重和品质.

Exogenous hormones such as Abscisic acid(ABA) and ethrel were sprayed on the wheat ears.
