Study on the Moderate Land-Scale Operation of Rapeseed Based on Dual Objectives--An Evidence from 342 Households in Hubei Province

以食用油料供给安全和农户增收为双重目标,利用湖北省油菜主产区2013—2014年度342户农户的调查数据,基于农户投入产出模型、生产利润模型和生产成本模型,研究了油菜土地适度经营规模。结果表明,种植规模和总投入成本是影响油菜产量和收入的最主要因素,劳动技能对油菜产量和收入的影响十分微弱;土地是油菜最重要的生产要素,土地细碎化和土地流转对油菜产量和收入具有一定的影响;农户的油菜土地适度经营规模应确定为[0.36,0.67)hm^2。

Taking the edible oil plants’supply safety and the farmers’income increase as the dual objectives,adopting the evidence of 342 households in Hubei main rapeseed producing area in 2013-2014,this paper will give a study on the Moderate land-scale operation of rapeseed based on such 3 household models of input-output,profit and cost.The result shows that:1)the main impact factors are planting scale and total producing cost in rapeseed’production and the farmers’income while there is very weak impact of labor skills to rapeseed’production and ...
