包装技术是食用菌工厂化栽培发展进程中重要影响因素,食用菌的包装,既能够很好地保护食用菌品本身,方便食用菌产品的运输和存储,还能延长食用菌的生物活性,增加食用菌的竞争力。对食用菌来说,手工包装方法存在着速度慢、效益低、质量差等缺点,机械化、自动化、高效率的包装技术是食用菌企业的首选。通过对工厂化栽培的食用菌包装技术的分析,根据自动化生产线流程对以香菇为例的食用菌进行技术测定,以此得出一个相对完善的食用菌工厂化栽培包装自动化生产流程,对现行的食用菌工厂化栽培包装技术的提升提供有用参考。
