目的 了解心肺疾病患者对全面康复的认知与需求,探索开展适合我国国情的心肺康复模式.方法 采用自行设计问卷,选取武汉市某三甲医院2017年4—6月入住心内科和呼吸科的368例患者进行心肺康复认知调查.结果 了解心肺康复概念的患者只有11.5％,未接受过相关培训的患者达89.7％,对心肺康复中的功能评估、运动处方和心理咨询了解的患者分别为9.0％ 、14.1％ 和0.0％,经常及总是进行心肺功能评估的科室为0,3.8％ 的患者认为住院科室经常开展运动训练的指导,仅2.6％ 的患者认为住院科室经常或总是开展心理咨询和行为矫正,98.7％ 的患者对心肺康复有需求意愿.结论 患者对心肺康复的认知和医院实施状况均...
