分析了改革开放30年来河南产业发展的主要成效．探讨了与东部沿海地区相比河南产业发展的差距与不足：三次产业层次不高，产业优化升级速度偏慢；产业结构与就业结构失衡，劳动生产率不高；工业内部结构不协调，产品附加值偏低；服务业发展不足，与发达省份差距明显等。
