选取了2013年的统计数据,以发明专利授权数量、高新技术企业数量、万人有效发明专利拥有量、高新技术产业增加值占GDP的比重等作为指标,通过实证分析了武汉市各区的科技创新能力,为武汉市有关部门因区制宜地制定有关科技发展战略提供依据。
