当前国际经济与贸易专业人才培养模式与人才需求之间存在较大的偏差,已经不能适应新时代下企业对国贸人才的需求,课程体系重构势在必行。分析了基于OBE理念重构国际经济与贸易专业课程体系的5个关键点,包括广泛开展需求调查、明确人才培养目标、清晰学生毕业要求、理清人才培养标准、理顺课程支撑结构,以武汉轻工大学为例,提出了基于OBE理念的国际经济与贸易专业课程体系重构方案。
