地方本科高校转型发展是近年来国家关于高等教育改革的一项重大战略部署。创新人才培养机制,对于地方本科高校适应经济社会转型、服务地方经济发展、提高自身办学质量、培养应用型人才等具有重要意义。从应用型人才培养机制的现状入手,分析地方本科高校人才培养机制存在的主要问题;探讨应用型人才培养的产教融合、协同育人机制,创新创业与实践育人机制,第一课堂与第二课堂融合育人机制。
