针对我国涉外秘书教育中普遍存在的 问题，着重研究和探讨了秘书实践教学改革的 重要意义和基本思路。提出涉外秘书教育应彻底改变陈旧观念，重视实践教学并为之提供各 方面的强有力保障，通过课内与课外结合、临时与计划结合、分散与集中结合等多种渠道、 多种方式切实提高学生的实践能力和综合素质。

In accordance with the existing problems of the education of the secretary concerning foreign affairs in our country, we em phatically research and inquire into the important meaning and basic train of th ought of the reform of teaching through the practice of the secretary concerning foreign affairs.
