“块状经济”是以适应市场经济需要产生并发展起来的集约化、规模化生产,是现代产业集群经济的初级阶段。块状经济能有力地促进县域经济的发展。浙江省县域块状经济的发展颇具特色,湖北省应借鉴浙江的经验,发展和壮大县域的块状经济。
