我国传统的粗放型经济增长模式容易导致资源的过度消耗和污染的加剧,并弱化自主创新动力,这种模式不仅有可能使我国形成对外资源依赖和技术依赖,而且也会使经济发展成果被发展成本所抵消,并最终影响到国家经济自主安全的正常运行。因此,实现增长方式的转型,走绿色GDP的发展模式和自主创新型的发展道路,对保障我国经济的持续发展和国家经济安全有着重要的意义和价值。

Our traditional economic growth mode can couse the over -consumption of resource and the aggravation of pollution, and weaken the motivation of self - innovation in an easily way. This mode not only can couse our dependence on the foregin resource and technology, but also can couse the offset between the devoloping achievement and cost. What＇s more, it also would influence the regular activity of state economic self- safety.
