THE OBSERVATION ON LIPID-LOWERING EFFECT OF PIG BLOOD

研究猪血对实验性高血脂大鼠血脂含量的影响.以3月龄的雌性SD大鼠为实验对象随机分为4组:空白对照组、高脂饲养组、猪血沉淀组、猪血浸出液组.实验开始后每隔10 d对大鼠断尾取血测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及动物体重变化.结果显示:与高脂对照组比较,猪血沉淀组与猪血浸出液组大鼠的血清TC、TG含量均显著的降低(P＜0.05),并且体重明显降低.实验结果表明饲喂猪血能够显著预防实验大鼠血清TC、TG含量的升高.

The paper studies the effects of pig blood on experimental rats with hyerlipidemia. Method：Rats were randomly divided into four groups ： Ⅰ, control group ; Ⅱ, high-fat diet ;Ⅲ, pig blood insoluble residue ; Ⅳ, pig blood extract. Group Ⅲ fed high-fat diet added pig blood insoluble residue. Group Ⅳ fed high-fat diet and drink pig blood extract instead of water.
