农村土地流转是新一轮的农村改革的突破口和关键,对促进农村经济发展和城乡一体化意义重大.阐述了浙江、广东两省的农村土地流转的实际作法和经验,分析了湖北省农村土地流转的现状和存在的问题,提出了促进湖北省农村土地流转的对策和建议.
