政府在创业促进就业活动中的作用机理是一个复杂的问题。探讨了政府活动影响创业与就业的途径,分析了政府活动影响创业促进就业效应的机理,研究政府行为对创业过程的影响,探讨了政府介入创业促进就业的角色定位。从时间和空间两个方面分析了政府创业促进就业的政策契合点的选择问题。
