随着我国水产品生产与贸易量不断增加,水产品供应链风险日益突出。文中将水产品供应链中存在的风险因素进行分类,在问卷调查的基础上,采用AHP法计算出影响较大的风险要素,包括质量风险和信息风险,进而从政府、行业和企业三个层面提出水产品供应链的安全保障机制。

Along with the production and trade volume of aquatic products in China increasing, the risks in aquatic product supply chain appear in a rising trend.
