农村综合信息服务移动平台的目标是建立完善的信息采集、加工整理和发布体系,整合各类异构资源,提供农产品生产各环节的嵌入式专家数据库资源、面向服务的农产品安全检测与物流追溯等功能。该平台分为用户层、终端层、统一门户层、应用层、流程集成层、服务层、数据访问层和硬件层八个层次。介绍了每层的详细功能和关键技术实现。该平台对于整合农村多元服务主体,建立跨主体的资源"共建共享"模式和信息支持协作机制,探索新型有效的农村信息服务模式等方面都具有十分积极的意义。

The Purpose of the mobile platform for agricultural comprehensive intormation service is to establmn a comprehensive information collecting, processing and publishing system, and to integrate various types of heterogeneous resources, and to provide embedded expert database guidance of various aspects of agricultural production, service-oriented agricultural products safety testing and logistics traceability function.
