在湖北省政府的协调和金融机构等部门的努力下,湖北省促进科技金融结合取得了良好绩效,包括融资产品创新品种多、集合融资产品创新力强,以及科技金融模式创新独特等。但仍存在诸如多层次投融资体系不完善、科技金融决策单位间的合作不强、政策性引导资金体系不健全和知识产权市场发展滞后等问题,需要从金融服务体系、科技金融政策支持体系和多层次资本市场等方面采取创新性对策促进科技金融的进一步发展,形成银行资本、财政资金扶持、政策类专项科技计划支持与社会资本合力支持科技型企业发展的局面。
