考虑到生产实际,为了找到一种准确,简便的测定市售肽粉中蛋白质含量的方法,实验以凯氏定氮法为参考,通过对双缩脲法,福林酚法,考马斯亮蓝法,紫外吸收法测定不同分子质量段的肽粉中蛋白质含量的比较,筛选出测定肽粉中蛋白质含量的最适方法.结果分析表明:用双缩脲法测定的肽粉中蛋白质含量最接近于凯氏定氮法,结果准确,操作简单,且适用于小分子质量肽粉中蛋白质的测定.

Taking into account the actual production,in order to find an accurate and simple method to determine the content of proten in peptides,the experiment was based on the method of kjeldahl determination,the comparison of the biuret method,Folin phenol method,coomassie blue staining,uv absorption method for determinating the content of protein in different molecular peptides to screening out the best method.
