通过文献回顾分析母乳成分及其影响因素,为更好地指导孕产妇的膳食以及开发孕 期和哺乳期营养保健品、食品等提供科学依据.地域、种族、泌乳阶段、产妇、婴儿等五个因素 对母乳成分均可产生影响,且各因素对母乳成分的影响有综合作用,孕期哺乳期膳食与保健品 补充能影响母乳成分.

Through the literature review and analysis of the composition of breast milk and its influencing factors, to provide a scientific basis for the better guidance of maternal diet and the development of health care products of pregnancy and lactation are providied.
