从护理学本科人才的培养要求进行分析,对我校护理专业提出的以护理职业胜任力为导向、PDCA循环为质量保证、校-院教学共同体为平台的护理本科人才教学改革的设计思路进行归纳,以促进学生护理核心能力的培养和提高,全面提升教学质量。
