为给我国绿色建筑物业管理水平提供一个准确合理的评价标准,首先经过大量文献调查并进行比较研究,构建了针对于绿色建筑物业管理的综合评价体系,并引入区间层次分析法,运用区间判断矩阵求出各评价指标的权重,然后结合灰色Euclid理论进行灰色相对Euclid加权关联度的计算与排序,对绿色建筑物业管理水平进行评级,并找出影响绿色建筑物业管理水平的关键影响因素。最后选择具体事例,利用建立的模型对绿色建筑物业管理水平进行评价,结果证明该模型具有一定的有效性和合理性,为我国现阶段绿色建筑物业管理的综合评价提供了一种新方法。

In order to provide an accurate and reasonable evaluation standard for green building property management in China, a large amount of literature was studied and comparative studies were conducted to establish a comprehensive evaluation system for green building property management, and using the interval judgment matrix to obtain the evaluation indicators by analytic hierarchy process method.
