Research on the effect of education on poverty reduction of reservoir resettlement

水库移民的贫困问题曾一度引起社会各界的关注和重视,教育是治理贫困的重要手段,教育对水库移民的减贫效应关系到政府教育减贫政策的实施。我国三峡水库农村移民存在家庭人力资本较弱,对土地的依赖性较强,非农收入占比较低等问题,笔者通过OLS和分位数回归对比研究发现：从整体上看,家庭平均受教育水平每增加1年,库区移民家庭人均收入能够显著提高14.1%;分层次来看,教育的减贫效应对于收入最底层和收入最高层农户较小,对于中间收入阶层较大。同时发现外出务工能够提升最底层农户的收入水平,而对收入中高层农户的收入影响相对较低。因而,政府治理水库移民的贫困问题不仅要注重扶持政策的完善,还要...
