探讨高校护生对社区卫生服务的认知、参与态度及对在社区参与中提升自身能力的需求。加强高校与社区卫生服务中心合作,为培养高水平、实用型创新型社区护理人才提供依据,推动社区卫生服务及社区护理教育的发展。本文采取分层随机抽样法,采用自行设计的问卷对武汉市某高校229名护生进行调查。55.5%的护生对社区卫生服务不了解,护生对社区服务的认识46.3%来自教学课堂;88.2%的护生愿意成为社区卫生服务的志愿者,护生认为最想在社区提升自身能力排在前五位的依次是:对社区常见急症、创伤和中毒的现场救助能力,对儿童的计划免疫和预防接种知识的宣教和实际操作能力,对患者进行健康教育的能力,团队协...
