随着人口老龄化速度的进一步加快,我国老年人口数量越来越大,这些老年人群罹患各种慢性疾病的风险高,给社会和家庭带来了沉重的负担。有效的老年人健康管理可以帮助老年人改善不良生活习惯,降低其患慢性疾病的概率,从而改善老年人的健康,降低医疗费用支出。本文综述了人口老龄化背景下,老年人健康管理的研究现状,指出其目前仍存在的问题,旨在为改善我国老年人健康问题,缓解社会矛盾,提出切实可行建议,也为护理工作者提供老年护理研究思路。

With the progress of the population aging condition, the elderly population has increased rapidly which has hight risks of various diseases, and it has brought heavy burden to society and family. It has been reported that effective health management can improve the bad be habits of elderly population, reduce the risk and incidence of many elderly diseases, and improve the elderly health.
