以我国沪深A股31家农业上市公司2014-2016年数据为样本,通过构建多元回归模型,从公司治理角度实证分析农业上市公司股权集中度、内控质量与企业价值之间的作用机理。研究表明,农业上市公司股权集中度与企业价值呈显著的U型关系;股权集中度与内控质量呈显著正相关关系;内控质量在股权集中度对企业价值影响中起到了部分中介传导效应。笔者立足于我国农业经济发展的现实情境,旨在进一步提高我国农业上市公司内部控制运行效率与效果,优化公司股权结构,提高公司治理能力,实现企业价值最大化,进而推动农业经济持续增长。

Based on the data of 31-Agricultural listed companies in China's Shanghai and Shenzhen A-shares from 2014 to 2016,this paper constructs a multivariate regression model to empirically analyze the mechanism of the concentration of agricultural listed companies,the quality of internal control and the value of enterprises from the perspective of corporate governance.The research shows that the concentration degree of agricultural listed companies has a significant U-shaped relationship with the enterprise value;the concentration of ownership has a significant positive correlation with the quality ...
