湖北省“十三五”COD排放量预测及减排潜力研究（湖北省教育厅人文社科研究项目,项目编号16Y092）；

依据2009—2015年间武汉市COD排放量、GDP、人口等基本数据,对武汉市COD排放的时序特征、人均COD排放量、万元GDP COD排放量进行了分析并建立了武汉市COD排放的环境学习曲线。结果表明武汉市COD排放量、人均COD排放量、万元GDP COD排放量总体呈现下降的趋势,COD排放的环境学习曲线方程为y=0.026x-1.276 9,并得出在"十三五"末武汉市的COD排放量约为13.395万吨。武汉市经济质量整体偏好,但COD减排的压力依然较大。

Based on the data of COD emission,GDP and population in Wuhan from 2009 to 2015,the temporal characteristics of COD emission,per capita COD emission and 10 000 yuan GDP COD emission in Wuhan were analyzed,and the environmental learning curve of COD emission in Wuhan was established. The results show that the COD emissions,per capita COD emissions and COD emissions per 10,000 yuan GDP in Wuhan are downward,and the environmental learning curve equation of COD emissions is y = 0.026x - 1.2769 ,and the COD emissions of Wuhan at the end of the 13th Five-Year Plan are about 133 950 tons.
