Pareto analysis of the needs of community health service ability of nursing students

基于帕累托法则,了解高校护生在“校-区”互动过程中提高社区卫生服务能力的需求,为进行有针对性地培养其社区服务能力提供依据。笔者采取便利抽样,选取武汉市某高校全日制护生275人,采用自行设计的调查问卷进行调查,根据需求度对能力项目进行分类,再对其进行帕累托图分析。结果显示过半高校护生未去过社区卫生服务中心实习/见习、不了解社区卫生服务;护生社区服务能力的主要需求和次要需求项目占总项目数的85%,贡献的累计构成比为86.9%;护生的主要需求为良好的沟通能力和与社区卫生服务相关的能力。高校护生对社区卫生服务不够了解,对沟通能力及社区卫生服务相关能力需求大,建议有针对性地加强...

Based on the Pareto principle,this paper aims to understand the needs of nursing students in colleges and universities to improve their community health service ability in the "school-community" interaction process,so as to provide references for targeted training of community service ability.
