微量元素硒在维持正常妊娠功能中发挥着重要的作用。对近年来孕妇硒营养状态的流行现况及不同孕期硒营养状态对妊娠结局的影响进行回顾和分析,以期为孕期硒营养的研究提供帮助。现有的研究大多阐明了妊娠期某一时间点的硒营养状态,尚未能全面反映妊娠期硒营养状态变化对妊娠结局的影响,妊娠期孕妇硒营养状态与妊娠结局的相关性还有待进一步深入研究。

Trace element selenium plays an important role in maintaining normal pregnancy function.This paper reviews the prevalence of selenium nutritional status in pregnant women in recent years and the influence of different selenium nutritional status during pregnancy on pregnancy outcome,in order to provide help for the study of selenium nutritional status during pregnancy.Most of the existing studies have clarified the nutritional status of selenium at a certain point during pregnancy,but they have not fully reflected the impact of the change of nutritional status of selenium during pregnancy on p...
