Exploration and Practice of Healthy Development of Farmer Cooperatives——Based on Investigation of Farmers’Professional Cooperatives in Hubei Province

自《中华人民共和国农民专业合作社法》颁布及实施以来，我国农民合作经济组织得以稳步健康发展。本文紧密结合湖北省实际，访谈相关市县农业农村局、经管局指导服务人员、部分农民合作社理事长和社员，梳理了国家和湖北省相关法规、政策，在全面、客观整理和分析相关数据和资料的基础上，归纳总结了湖北省农民合作社的发展现状和促进农民合作社健康发展的经验与措施，并针对相关问题提出对策建议。研究发现：湖北省通过出台法规和制度、汇聚社会资源、完善监督机制、加强示范引领、鼓励兴办企业和创新利益机制等多举并重，推动了全省农民合作社稳步健康发展；但也存在指导服务队伍薄弱和扶持力...
