Coconut oil, a natural oil widely utilized in the food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical sectors, is significantly influenced by varieties and processing techniques. This study compared cold-pressed and hot-pressed extraction methods for coconut oil from four coconut varieties, evaluating their physicochemical properties, fatty acid composition, and antioxidant capacity.
