针对目前新鲜莲子的加工现状,研制一种多功能新鲜莲子剥皮去衣机。简要介绍该机的总体结构和工作原理,对该机的传动机构、供料与输送机构、切割机构及剥皮机构进行详细说明。经样机试制后,试验测试表明,该机的剥皮率≥92%,莲仁破损率≤5%,仁皮分离率≥90%。

In view of the current of fresh lotus seed peeling, a multi functional peeler for fresh lotus seed has been designed and developed.
