Vibrio parahaemolyticus is one of the most common pathogenic bacteria that pose a threat to human health. The purpose of this study was to investigate antibacterial mechanisms of epsilon-poly-lysine (epsilon-PL) against V. parahaemolyticus using a lable free-based proteomic analysis.
